the padding widget is moved up, so it does not leave a huge padding between the header and the list. it is useful for cases where you want the header to be close to the list

it adds the option to include a custom list header inside the modal.
I had a few projects that I needed this feature and it's very simple, so I think it might be a good addition to the repo.
I moved up the padding widget so it is easier to control spacing between the modal, the header and the list.
I will attach two screenshots of the result: one with header and other without it.
